19 apartments’ building, Ibiza

The building has been designed with a thin shape as a response to the characteristics of the site and the plot, with a structure model composed by one bay and cantilevers at the edges. The staircase is located at the node of the building. Where it turns to recover Picasso’s Street alignment. The outdoor corridors, apart of guarantee shade against the sunshine, become a nice collective space where enjoy the day. The facilities have been allocated between the corridors and the most private spaces, in order to act as a transition.
