19 Social housing’s building, Ibiza

As an answer to the conditions of the side it is proposed a courtyard-building, opened to the south, with an only hall and staircase. They are located on the main entrance, where the collective circulation space opened to the courtyard begins.

The typology locates the living rooms on the corners, opening them to the panorama, and the bedrooms on the facades, whereas the facilities appear near the collective spaces. Pattern floor dwellings are gathered in four free-standing blocks communicated by the collective circulation space.
