Fàbregas House, Sant Just Desvern

Single family house between party walls in the historic centre of Sant Just. Its volumetry is characterized by the facade’s alignment, the building depth of 13m, and the slope of 30% of the roof. A fluid space, searching for the natural light and the relation with the patio and the garden, is generated inside. The longitudinal house’s organization locates the bedrooms in the ground floor, as they need more privacy, whereas the main floor with the day areas becomes a single open space, related to the street and the terrace, and linked with the attic by two double high spaces.
