Sant Rafel Sports Centre, Ibiza

The constructive materials have been chosen to define the shape and materiality of the spaces. The concrete basement has been designed to be the interior finish of the sports field, the warehouse and the changing rooms; according to the industrial character given to the proposal and the economy, durability and maintenance reduction criteria. The metal framework is fixed on the top of the concrete walls. The rectangular composed trusses coincide with the sport space spatial subdivisions in order to allow flexibility.
